(Yes, I am a geek. I wake up--a process which takes anywhere from fie to forty minutes--and the first thing I think to do is check my e-mail.)

I like fixable problems. Not as much as I like having no problems, but it's good to be able to make a situation better.

Progress.

It has been a useful day. My coat and T-shirt now lack holes, and assorted blacks are now blacker.

Also saw The Devil's Backbone, which I think I will need to catch again--I was stitching up a pocket for a fair bit of it, and being that I don't speak Spanish, I am fairly sure I missed some of the subtleties (not to mention subtitles). Fortunately, I have it 'til Sunday.

Think I will drown this flu in orange juice a little more, then crash.
