Someone needs to die.
See that dog? Kind of cute, nothing special. Weird jowl thing going.
She wasn't born that way.
She was found in a culvert after someone tied a bungee cord around her head. And with the infection and the pressure and the general fact that someone was enough of a vicious little wretch to do that to an animal and then dump it, you get the skin hanging like that as an end result.
