First: [livejournal.com profile] sarari! Trying to get in touch. Check your e-mail? Your LJ comment notification?

Second... well, I am not exactly a sports person. Hockey season is that thing where it's a pain to go out to dinner because all the restaurants are playing games and it's noisy as all hell. I still miss the hockey strike there was a few years back.

However. When I see the Dunwich Whippoorwills T-shirt, I am willing to accept that it's a baseball T-shirt in the face of the overriding coolness of it being a Dunwich Whippoorwills t-shirt. (Yes, that is my inner Lovecraft geek showing.)

So. I'm going to be ordering it from the Black Phoenix Trading Post. And in the general spirit of "Oh god, the shipping, why must the shipping hurt so badly", it's a standard group order.

Please note: I am *not* up for slicing up soaps or decanting room sprays or otherwise repackaging anything they sell. This is definitely not a decant circle. But if you want BPAL nail polish; or some of their clothes (they have yoga pants, good god), or their LE Lunacy t-shirt; or the tiny little room spray samples, or pretty much anything they sell, now might not be a bad time.

Placing the order on October 17th, because I'm thinking of getting the Lunacy T-shirt too. It's *damn* pretty.

Augh, the temptation! *flails and attempts to resist since he already has TWO shirts*

But the pancake breakfast shirt...and the Mourning Moon shirt...and so, so many of the other shirts....

I understand. And shipping might be pricey, too. *pats*

(I'm seriously contemplating one of their foot scrubs, myself. I haven't had foot scrub in ages.)

I wants this:

But I cannot find a size chart. I am probably an XL.

Huh. The size charts are usually at the bottom of the page; you can find one here (http://www.blackphoenixtradingpost.com/teezoom-carny.html), and they're all pretty standard.

I have been repeatedly assured that the babydolls are stretchy, by the way. Like "An XL fits a 34G bust size" stretchy.

Well, they give their sizes in inches across the chest.

Their 2XL is 18" across the chest, and I am 24" across the chest.

So, hmm. XL, I guess.

You know what? Looking at that shirt, I like it less than I thought I did. Even aside from the fact that I meant this one (http://www.blackphoenixtradingpost.com/teezoom-alchlong.html). Um, poke me a day before the order to see if I do or do not? If you remember; I know that's a pain, but I am just all wibbly.

And, oh, hell, I ought not, but get me a Clockwork Locket (http://www.blackphoenixtradingpost.com/jewelry.html), please. Because it makes me DROOOOOL. I loff clockwork. This may lead to getting the cufflinks...

Oh, wait, this IS the day before the order. OK, poke me when you see this? Because by then I'll have had some sleep.

*sigh* I e-mailed them for a shipping quote Thursday night. Still haven't heard back. If I don't hear back by Monday, I'm going to try using a different e-mail address.
